Sold directly.
Fishing and nature — online, with a price list.
The first concrete venture between the Station and gannaca, written on one page so it fits into a five-year plan. Hunting stays with Stefan. Everything below is live: the text, the signatures, the tripwires, the ledger.
What Stefan said on 10 September, and what this page does with it. “I thought in the direction you would be good to help build the website and portal and sales site. Fishing and nature experience tours can be sold as internet product, with price list. Hunting on the other hand is communicating direct with client … but fishing and nature is fine.” — Taken exactly at its word. This venture is angling weeks and nature days, sold through a portal on this foundation; trophy hunting is not in it, and no price of it appears anywhere here.
How it works, plainly. gannaca builds the name, the portal, the price list and the payment path, finds the guests and writes the stories — with Manitsiaq’s day on the water at the centre. The Station guides, sails, hosts and keeps the last word. gannaca is paid only as a share of bookings actually paid: 25 % in the first two seasons, 20 % after — against about € 860 per guest the old arrangement left the Station, this one leaves it three quarters of the ticket. There is one thing the Station puts on the table in cash: a small paid-media budget on its own advertising account, € 4,000 by 31 October, € 4,000 after the first tripwire. That tranche is the switch — without it the agreement never starts. And there is one date that decides: 15 April 2027. Sixteen guests with deposits and € 55,000 contracted — passed, five seasons; not passed, the agreement dissolves by itself and nobody owes anybody.
What this is not. Not the energy side, not the greenhouses, not the hotel, not the investor memorandum — those sit with Nordic Ventures, and the text says so by name. Not a cash investment, not a fee, not a retainer.
“We must not forget Cleanland.” — Not forgotten. The brand is gannaca’s (Memorandum, section 7). The showroom on Iterlaq and the energy side run on the Nordic Ventures track, with financing to come from outside. What has been missing is a first real till inside the idea — income the Station earns on its own land, with numbers a financier can read. That is what this venture is. Cleanland supports the farm; the farm gives Cleanland a physical home; Season 2027 is where the home starts paying.

Maximum lasting value,
from what is already here.
The one sentence everything else must serve.
The goal of this cooperation: use the think tank to re-deploy the farm's resources — 160,000 hectares, the herd, fifty years of skill, a circle of rare craftsmen — so that they produce the maximum sustainable future value for Stefan's family, the farm and the surrounding land. Generational wealth before short-term profit, every time the two collide.
Three commitments frame every decision. Harmony with nature — the land is the asset; nothing we build may consume what it stands on. Rootedness in culture — Greenlandic first, with the Icelandic and wider Nordic way of life honoured, never costumed. Rare things, made reachable — what is scarce here is precious everywhere; modern digital methods carry it to the world without surrendering ownership of the relationship.
The farm deserves a larger frame than "tourism business": it is a working answer to the question the whole world is asking — how people, nature and technology come back into balance. Detox and retreats, old culture-techniques taught by their last masters, star walks, glacier crossings, the hardest experiences money can book. And as the climate forces the farm to adapt — winter feed, cultivation, the hydro question — that adaptation itself becomes the story: a model farm for climate-consequence transformation, carried by science partnerships, donations and crowdfunding for chosen projects, not only by guests.
None of this is invented. The forward-looking people, the rich natural spaces, the trusted networks and the personal reputations already exist. The work is to connect them and let them earn.

A herder and a think tank.
Different hands, one direction.
Stefan Magnusson
Built the farm from zero over fifty years. Icelandic by birth, Greenlandic by conviction — the land and its people are his identity, not his backdrop. Holds the trust of the Greenlanders who still master the old crafts: the knife, the kayak, the skin clothing. Measures people by what their hands can do. A Stoic by nature, he wants no titles or honours and keeps a deliberately plain profile. The herd, the land, the network, the credibility: that is his stake.
Freyja, Manitsiaq & the next generation
Freyja Stefansdóttir is the closest person to Stefan and the designated future of the farm; her two-year-old daughter is the horizon this project is actually built for. Her brother Manitsiaq belongs to the sea — cautious about the farm, and that caution is welcome here as a corrective voice. Custody of the Isortoq Reindeer Station land — the family's heritage land — passes to Freyja and Manitsiaq in late 2026 or early 2027, and the buildings on it are owned by Stefan, Freyja and Manitsiaq together. Both are invited into this cockpit from day one. The vision is committed together or not at all.
Christopher Peterka
Founder of the think tank gannaca. International keynote speaker, author and advisor on the digitised society; twenty-five years counselling decision-makers on three continents. gannaca and Christopher are leaders in putting AI and modern technology to work with maximum efficiency — this cockpit itself is the proof, built and operated by exactly those methods. For Christopher this is personal: reconciling people, nature and technology is the question of his working life, and Isortuusua is where it is answered with hands, not slides.
Why this pairing works
Stefan can do everything on the ground that gannaca cannot: husbandry, guiding, slaughter, building, weather-reading, trust of the community. gannaca can do everything Stefan openly does not want to do: brand-building, digital products, shops and portals, storytelling, partnerships, the machinery of global reach. Neither replaces the other — that is precisely the deal (see 09 · The Deal).
Separate engines.
One drivetrain later.
Each venture must stand on its own revenue. Each is sized against what Stefan and the family can actually perform on the ground. We identify, explore, then test-launch — in that order, and only with a validated picture (04–07).
The world's best biltong
Reindeer biltong from animals that grazed under Arctic light, cured by the man who herded them — sold direct at top prices through our own online shop to athletes, founders, and people who buy provenance. A luxury house for cured speciality meat, with the storytelling and brand discipline that class demands. A later trade sale to a luxury group stays consciously on the map.
First revenue
Limited numbered batches, pre-sold to a waiting list before a single gram is produced. Direct-to-customer, no retail margin lost.
On the ground
Stefan: meat, recipe, production. gannaca: brand, shop, fulfilment partners, customer relationships, content.
The hard part — said plainly
Meat export approval (EU/UK/US veterinary rules) is the single toughest blocker and can take long. We attack it in the first 100 days, not after the brand exists. Until then: Greenland + Denmark sales only, brand built in parallel.
Creator expeditions
The land activated for extreme-experience formats by top creators with global audiences. The package: a guide at their side, mobile shelter, Starlink uplink, food worth filming and stories worth telling. Realisable now with family plus the guide network — eight beds are not the limit when the camp moves.
First revenue
Paid expedition slots for creators/film teams; every visit produces content that markets the farm for free. One pilot expedition in season 2026 already possible.
On the ground
Guides, boats, ATVs, camp logistics — exists. Starlink and a mobile camp kit are the only purchases.
The hard part — said plainly
Creators are unreliable partners and safety is non-negotiable: one accident on camera ends more than the venture. Insurance and protocols before the first booking, and we choose guests, not follower counts.
Adopt your reindeer
Personal patronage of a real, named animal in the care of the man who knows them — annual updates from the herd, standing with the herd's survival through harder winters. On top: crowdfunding for specific infrastructure (feed fields, shelter, the drying house), exclusive perks, and a collectible line of maximum-quality reindeer products that pays named indigenous craftsmen properly.
First revenue
Patronage subscriptions (global, digital, no logistics) — the fastest venture to switch on once animals can be individually followed.
On the ground
Animal identification, a few photos per season, Stefan's voice in updates. gannaca runs everything else.
The hard part — said plainly
This dies instantly if it smells like a donation gimmick. The animals must be real and traceable, the money trail published, the craftsmen named and paid first — or we don't do it.
Film & photo location
Glaciers, iceberg bays, moss valleys, ice fields, animals, weather without limit — pictorial wealth that international productions pay serious day-rates for. Built as its own profile with award-grade footage, created by invited top photographers and filmmakers in cooperation with international media houses.
First revenue
Location fees + logistics packages (guides, boats, camp). The same infrastructure as V2 earns twice. Invited creatives produce the portfolio at their cost, for access.
On the ground
Access, safety, weather judgment — Stefan's home game. Permits and drone rules to be confirmed (Inquiry, law-04).
The hard part — said plainly
Productions are demanding and weather cancels shoots. Contracts must price standby days; the family must want strangers with equipment on the land — Stefan decides where the line runs.
Survival line for the prepared
A training line for the global community that takes preparedness seriously and can pay for the real thing: surviving and working in Arctic terrain, taught by people who do it as a matter of course, on land where it is not a simulation. The most honest luxury on the market.
First revenue
Small cohorts, high price, off-season — fills exactly the months the current business leaves empty.
On the ground
Curriculum from Stefan + guide network; old culture-techniques (fire, shelter, tools, navigation) taught by their masters as paid instructors.
The hard part — said plainly
Liability again, plus reputation: "prepper" attracts a spectrum. Clear admission standards and the right to refuse anyone keep the brand clean.
And the current business?
The existing season is the cash bridge and is protected, not disrupted. It has two halves, and they are handled differently on purpose: trophy hunting stays with Stefan — sold in person, at the shows, without a public price list. Angling and nature experience go online with a price list, sold directly through a portal on this foundation — that is Venture #1 · Season 2027, the first one actually agreed. The five ventures above remain the wider map; they are built one at a time, after the first one has earned.
Tonight's questions.
Stefan: this is your instrument. Answer in your own words, at your own pace — one question on a quiet evening is plenty. Every answer becomes a fragment of the picture (05) the moment you save it, and Christopher reads and responds to every single one. Attach documents in 07 whenever paper says it better.
The situation picture,
assembling itself.
Built live from inquiry fragments and analyzed documents. This page is always current — nothing is hidden, nothing is polished. When this picture is dense enough (the 100-day mark), business models get modelled on it.
Venture readiness
Share of each venture's evidence base already on file — from answered questions (weighted by relevance) and document signals. A bar near 100 % means: dense enough to model honestly.
The fragments
No fragments yet — the first answers in 04 appear here immediately.
From talks to testable models.
One commitment: within 100 days of kickoff, the picture and the data are solid enough that business models can be modelled on them — not guessed. Milestones below are the proposal; we adjust them together, then we hold them.
Foundation
The cockpit goes live, the family comes aboard, the flow of fragments starts.
- Stefan signed in and comfortable; Freyja (and Manitsiaq, if he wishes) invited
- First 8 inquiry answers saved — the priority questions (land map, hydro data, herd numbers, people)
- First document batch uploaded: maps, the agri plan, anything on paper worth keeping forever
- Milestone M1: kickoff call on the assembled first fragments — both sides confirm the North Star wording
Ground truth
Full resource inventory, honestly graded. The boring phase that makes everything after it real.
- All Wave-1 questions answered (the nightly nudge keeps the rhythm without anyone chasing anyone)
- Land, herd, buildings, machines, people, permits — inventoried with evidence grades A/B/C
- Current business unit economics: what a guest-week truly costs and earns
- First spot-check round on the intelligence layer (error rate published in 07)
- Milestone M2: Ground-Truth Review — the validated baseline document, signed off by both
Venture deep dives
Each of the five ventures gets its dossier — demand evidence, unit economics, regulatory reality.
- V1: export-approval pathway mapped with the veterinary authority — the make-or-break question answered early
- V2/V5: insurance + safety protocol quotes; guide network capacity confirmed in writing
- V3: animal traceability test with 10 animals; craftsman partners shortlisted and asked
- V4: permit/drone clarity; 3 media-house conversations opened through gannaca's network
- Milestone M3: Venture Scorecard — all five scored on evidence, not enthusiasm; kill or continue, per venture
Test design
The two strongest ventures get pilot blueprints with numbers we are willing to be wrong about in public.
- Pilot specs: offer, price, capacity, season window, who does what on the ground
- Pricing tests with real prospects from gannaca's and Stefan's networks (no fake surveys)
- Digital build for the pilots scoped on this portal's infrastructure (shop / booking / patronage engine)
- Milestone M4: two pilot blueprints, each with a revenue model and a stop-loss line
Commitment
Decisions, in writing, with money attached to each side's contribution.
- Validated situation picture frozen as the v1 baseline (the cockpit keeps living after)
- Business model per continuing venture: revenue, cost, rev-share, season plan 2027
- Rev-share term sheet per venture — gannaca's participation defined venture-by-venture, in the open
- Milestone M5: the Grand Vision document, co-written with Stefan, Freyja and Manitsiaq — committed, signed, and the build begins
Everything kept.
Everything read.
Every document uploaded here is stored permanently and analyzed the moment it arrives. The analysis feeds the central intelligence view below — themes, claims, contradictions, open questions — and the picture in 05.
Up to ~4.5 MB per file in this first version. Stored forever, visible only to the Circle.

Transparent, or not at all.
The economics of this partnership, stated plainly. The Memorandum below is the foundation; the first concrete agreement built on it is Venture #1 · Season 2027.
What gannaca brings: strategy and venture design, brand and storytelling, the full digital build and its ongoing operation (this portal, shops, booking, patronage engine), partnerships and reach, and Christopher's personal engagement and reputation. What gannaca does not bring: cash capital. We are not an investor and will not pretend to be one. Where outside money is needed, we design the crowdfunding, donation or partnership instruments to raise it — but the capital is raised, not promised.
What Stefan brings: the land — the Isortoq Reindeer Station, the family's heritage land passing to Freyja and Manitsiaq — the herd, the two existing hydropower licences (up to 999 kW each), the production, the guiding, the network of rare knowledge, and final say on everything that happens on the ground. Nothing is launched that the family cannot or does not want to carry.
The exchange: gannaca's know-how, engagement and digital infrastructure operation against an exclusive revenue share in the ventures built together — defined venture-by-venture in M5, in writing, visible to the whole family. If a venture earns nothing, gannaca earns nothing on it. That keeps us honest and keeps the family in control.

- Official carrier: gannaca GmbH & Co. KG (gannaca.com)
- Imprint, terms (AGB) and privacy policy: per gannaca.com
- This portal: private working space, not a public offering
Boundaries
- Two tracks, one Station: energy, greenhouses, hotel and showroom, the investor memorandum sit with Nordic Ventures (Memorandum of 2 August 2026); gannaca takes the market side — brand, portal, direct sales of angling and nature products
- Trophy hunting is Stefan’s own channel — outside every venture here
- Stefan's taboos (soul-01) bind every venture design
- Generational wealth beats short-term profit in every trade-off
