Rare, and treated as rare
Reindeer raised under the ice-light of Greenland. Knives, kayaks and clothing made by named hands. Silence that cannot be manufactured. Scarce things deserve scarce-thing economics — never volume, always worth.
Isortuusua Reindeer Farm and the think tank gannaca are working out, together, how one family's land, herd and knowledge become lasting value — in harmony with the nature that carries them and the culture they belong to.
Fifty years of work have created something that cannot be bought: a working reindeer farm on 160,000 hectares of South Greenland, a family that knows the land by hand, and a circle of people who still master crafts the rest of the world has forgotten.
The purpose of this cooperation is plain: re-deploy these resources so they produce the maximum lasting value for the family and the land — for generations, not quarters. Harmony with nature is not a constraint on that goal. It is the asset itself.

What stays small in Greenland can still reach the whole world — through direct digital channels the farm owns: its own shop, its own bookings, its own audience. No middlemen owning the relationship.
gannaca contributes strategy, brand and the entire digital operation — and is paid in shared revenue, not in fees. If the farm doesn't earn, neither do we. That is the honest version of partnership.

Believes — correctly — that worth is proven by what your hands can do. His daughter Freya stands ready as the next generation.
